By booking an appointment or receiving services from The Cozy Barr & Beauty, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. We kindly request at least [24 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments result in a cancellation fee of full service. Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments.
Deposits & Payments
Certain services may require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, card, Venmo, etc. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of salon and spa services, refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 2 days so we may address concerns and determine an appropriate solution.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing staff of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, injuries, or other health concerns prior to services. The Cozy Barr & Beauty reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may affect the safety or outcome of a treatment.
Service Results
Results may vary depending on individual hair, skin, or body conditions, maintenance, and aftercare. While we strive to provide the highest quality service, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Personal Belongings
The Cozy Barr & Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Children & Guests
For safety and insurance reasons, only clients receiving services may accompany service providers unless prior arrangements have been made. Children must be supervised at all times.
Photography & Social Media
With client consent, photos or videos of services may be used for marketing, educational, or social media purposes. Clients may decline photography at any time.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, harassment, illness, or conditions that may compromise safety, comfort, or professional standards.
Liability
By receiving services at The Cozy Barr & Beauty, clients acknowledge and accept any potential risks associated with salon and spa treatments and release The Cozy Barr & Beauty, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
